8 Months

This is the face of my beautiful 8 month baby boy. My quiet, serious little man. Even though little dude has a calm demeanor, this month he has showed a new versatile Dylan. He showed us he can have a good time, giggle like crazy, and be as goofy as the rest of us. Yes this little man is quite the ticklish one, he loves to be tickled and laughs like crazy. Dylan also started going to daycare with Diego in September, it was quite a transition for him. He struggled for the first week or two-he wouldnt eat or his feedings were irregular and he wouldn't nap. Finally one day his teacher said they finally were able to get him to laugh out loud. It's been a breeze from then on.

Dylan has been rolling around for months now, but now, now little man is trying to crawl. He finally is able to get on all fours and rocks himself back and forth. He hasn't done the army crawl yet, but he pushes himself forward and flops onto his little tummy. He doesn't cry now when he is on his tummy, he enjoys it. Im sure he will be crawling around like crazy very, very soon. He also completely sits up on his own, and my favorite- holds his own bottle. That makes dinner time much easier. Of course he loves to eat, and he even started eating cereal puffs.

Dylan has many silly grins he likes to share with us. He is such a happy baby, I love him more and more each day. He also is quite the mischevious one. He likes to pull on Diego's clothes and toys. Baby boy also enjoys playing with his brother and thinks Diego is just hilarious. He never lets you just change his diaper, nope he grabs at the wipes, diapers, anything within reach.

Guess what bad habit Baby D has picked up on. Watching Nick Jr with big brother. He just sits there and is fascinated with Blues Clues just like Diego. His favorite toy is the remote. I think its the flashing lights that he is hypnotized by. Baby D loves to talk more and more, mostly just babbling.

My little pumpkin I love you so much, I can't believe just a short time ago you were still in my belly. Mommy and Daddy, and Diego love you more than you can imagine.
